On-Site Tool Service and Repair 
Consistent on-site scheduled service for qualifying customers. 

In-House Service Department
You can ship or drop off your tools to our in-house service department for repairs. Tools undergo thorough cleaning and repair to accurately assess repair requirements. 


What's Covered

  • Complete inspection, cleaning, and lubrication of components.
  • Necessary parts replacement. 
  • Testing to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Should our technician deem a tool requiring only general maintenance, we'll perform the necessary tune-up.


Pickup for Repairs and Orders:

To place an order, please call 973-564-9500. 

For in-person order pickups, proceed to the building's left side, adjacent to the dock area, and ring the will-call bell.

 

Transparent Service Pricing

Diagnosis and Estimate:

Flat Rate: $50 for all tools, $100 for compressors

The estimate fee applies towards repair costs. Should you opt out of repair, this fee is chargeable.

Note: Rebar guns are assessed on a case-by-case basis.


Turnaround Time & Shipping

Quick Turnaround:

Most repairs are completed in 1 to 5 business days, with immediate shipping options available.


Shipping Responsibility:

Customers are responsible for shipping and handling fees.

We reserve the right to deny repairs for reasons such as if a tool is deemed to be beyond reasonable or economical repair, or if the tool falls outside our repair scope. In such cases, the customer is responsible for the estimate and shipping return charges. 


Shipping Procedures

When shipping tools, please include your company and contact information, list of tools, and a brief description for expedited repairs.  We recommend purchasing insurance for the value of the tool.

Our Warranty Commitment

All repairs come with a 30-Day Parts and Labor Warranty. For warranty claims, dated proof of purchase is mandatory.

The 6 months warranty covers manufacturer defects only, with free repairs under warranty for such cases.
