Return Policy
Items purchased on our website may be returned for refund or exchange within 7 days of receipt. Items must be in new, unused condition with all original boxes and packaging intact. Shipping charges are not refundable and the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us.
Unless incorrect or defective, fasteners may not be returned. In addition, special order or sale items may not be returned.
Before sending any items back, we require that you call our office at 800-255-7209 during our normal business hours of 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. eastern time Monday through Friday to obtain a return authorization number.
We reserve the right to limit quantities of any item. In addition, prices on our website are subject to change without prior notice.
Shipping
We offer free shipping within the continental United States for internet sales. We reserve the right to change the terms of this offer at our discretion, and certain exceptions may apply.
We make every effort to ship orders as quickly as possible, typically within 1-2 business days. However, please note that certain products may require additional processing time of 3-6 business days. For small parcels, we exclusively use UPS for shipping. For larger orders, we ship using either our local truck or a common carrier truck. Please call or email us if you have any questions.
Customers will be notified via e-mail or phone in the event of a backorder.
Sales Tax
Tax Exempt Customers: If you are being charged sales tax, please email a copy of your current Tax Exempt Certificate to orders@corusfastening.com. We will email you the updated order confirmation.
Sales Recommendations
We encourage our customers to call our office at 800-255-7209 for sales advice. We have personnel who have many years of experience and can advise you as to the best tool and fastener for your job or particular application.
Not sure what fastener your tool accepts? Please call us with the make and model number of the tool, or if you have an old box of fasteners and can tell us what is on the label, we most likely will be able to help.
Repair Service
Our award winning service department will repair just about anything that we sell. Please call us with any questions you may have about service or spare parts.

Except for companies that we use for payment services, such as Paypal, we do not share your information with anyone. Any information we collect is for our use only.
